How it works
- From the application: Compte (Account) menu, then Demander la suppression du compte (Request account deletion).
- Or from this page, with the email address of your iStudy account.
- The school checks the request, then deletes or anonymises the account and the associated data, subject to legal retention obligations (accounting records: invoices and payments).
- The login and notification tokens of your devices are deleted with the account.
